This is Hausner's smallest slope front unit. It holds 5 to 7 people comfortably. It comes with a double handrail on its metal steps; gas operated door closer, a 6" vent and 8" wind turbine. This shelter can be installed with smaller equipment and is ideal for in city limit houses with smaller yards. For installation it will need 8' of width to back up to one side of the hole and 13.5' height.

EZ Access Slope Front Concrete Tornado / Storm Shelter - 4'6"x11'x5'10"

This is our EZ Access slope front unit. This unit holds 7-9 people comfortably. It has concrete steps poured into it instead of metal steps. It is ideal for seniors, people with mobility issues, or large dogs. It comes with a single handrail on its steps; a gas operated door closer, a 6" vent and 8" wind turbine. For installation it will need 9' of width to back up to one side of the hole and 13.5' height.
